PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Colour appearance for a particular product may vary depending on your computer settings or device. Handmade items also have unique variations in the fabric and texture. This is in no way a fault or defective product.

PRICING

All prices provided on this web site are in Australian Dollars and are exclusive of a Goods and Services Tax ('GST'), unless explicitly stated otherwise. The purchase price for the products will be at our selling price on the date of our receipt of the order, less any applicable discounts in effect at that time.

We will notify you in the event of a pricing error on the web site before an order is delivered, and you will have the opportunity to cancel your order in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

PAYMENT

Paypal is used to make payment for products purchased from this site.

DELIVERY AND CANCELLATION

We will deliver a product within the estimated period noted in the FAQ section of Terms and Conditions. If the expected delivery period for your requested product/s is longer than estimated, you will be contacted and will have the opportunity to cancel your order.

If you wish to change or cancel your order, you must immediately contact us by email at thebungalowstore@outlook.com and we will endeavour to accommodate your request if the products have not been dispatched. If you change or cancel your order after 48 hours from when you placed it, we reserve the right to charge you any costs we have incurred in relation to your order, including, but not limited to, transportation and administration costs.

FREIGHT

The Bungalow Store only offers regular post via the website. If you need something in a hurry please email or call us to sort out an alternative option. Our shipping days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international enquiries on larger items, please contact The Bungalow Store to discuss shipping options.

REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY

Unfortunately we cannot accept a return based on change of mind. If your item arrives damaged please provide photographic evidence of the damage and we will consider a solution. REFUNDS NOT APPLICABLE ON SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS.

TILING

The Bungalow Store takes no responsibility for damage of tiles once they have been installed. We recommend using a qualified, experienced tradesman, that will install using the highest quality Australian standard products.
